Notice Before Deletion
Please review the following information carefully before proceeding with your account deletion.

Loss of Access: Once you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in to wellune with this ID.
•
30-Day Recovery Period: You can cancel your deletion request within 30 days of the initial request.
•
How to Recover: You can restore your account by going to [Find Account] → [Enter Email Adress] → [Recover Account]. After 30 days, your account and all associated information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you are a Wellune Owner:
•
All data collected by your wellune device and your user information will be deleted. This information cannot be restored even if you sign up again in the future.
•
It may take up to 90 days for all wellune and user-related information to be completely removed from our system.
•
During this 90-day period, other members of your wellune Family will not be able to access the data currently being deleted.
If you are a wellune Family Member:
•
You will immediately lose access to all linked wellune user information.
